Once upon a time, there was a teenage boy who had just begun high school. He was kind of a nerd, a bit of a bookworm, and tech-savvy, so he decided to run a blog. The boy in our story was also fascinated by the English language, and he was good at it, compared to his classmates. So, after a while, he began translating articles for his own blog (although he is now aware that his translations were not excellent at that time). It was even during this period that he subtitled videos for the first time in his life: He fan-subbed a famous TV show and a few tech documentaries.

These things made him think he might become a good translator in the future, so he chose to do a Bachelor’s program in English Translator Training (although he had studied Mathematics and Physics in high school). He graduated as the Top Student in 2015, and consequently, he decided to further continue his path in the realm of translation by doing a Master’s program in Translation Studies. At the same time, he began his career as a freelance translator. He also became a ProZ Certified PRO translator in the English<>Persian language pairs and a member of ProZ’s Pool of Subtitlers in Persian. His commitment to quality work, professionalism, and ethics, as well as his constant desire to learn, improve, and perfect his knowledge and skills, allowed him to establish long-term cooperation with credible companies and individuals. And as far as I know, he still welcomes new and exciting cooperation opportunities 😉

Oh, it seems I forgot to tell you the boy’s name. His name is Mohammad Ghaffari.
